Thank you for shopping with PrintFixPros. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and are committed to delivering quality products and exceptional service. If you're not satisfied, please review our refund policy below:

1. General Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for a Refund: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Non-refundable Items:
    • Special order items that cannot be restocked.
    • Used or damaged products (unless defective).

2. Return Process

  • Contact Us: Email us at info@printfixpros.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Return Authorization: You may be required to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
  • Shipping Instructions: If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless due to our error or a defective product.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% may apply, based on the product condition.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Notify Us: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence.
  • Return Instructions: We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
  • Inspection: Upon inspection, we’ll process your replacement or refund accordingly.

4. Services

If you're unsatisfied with a service provided by PrintFixPros, contact us within 30 days of service delivery. Refunds for services are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Note: Completed services are generally non-refundable if delivered as agreed.

5. Refund Method

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be credited to the same card used for the transaction within 5–10 business days.
  • PayPal or Other Platforms: Refunds will be returned to your original payment account.

6. Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return process. You may request a refund and place a new order or we may process a direct exchange (subject to stock availability).

7. Exceptions

  • Opened or used items (unless defective)
  • Digital/downloadable products
  • Gift cards or prepaid services
  • Items marked as "final sale"
